25" lime green/black deco mesh base..layered in 10" white, black and lime green deco mesh fillers for fullness. Two large seven loop bows of designer ribbon..4" harlequin, houndstooth, glitter solid black and canvas lime green. Different combination pattern throughout of harlequin, polka dots, glitter back, and black/white swirls. Accented with glitter black and white curlicues and long needle ball sprays. Hand painted wicked witch of the west and the good witch on a wooden circle cut out.
