This guy is made on a 20” oval pine base. Black/white stripes deco mesh with 10” rust/burlap, black and grey deco mesh fillers for fullness.
Large 16” plastic skull head with velvet mustache accented with his fancy top hat..used scroll brown suede fabric, black/white checks for brim, decorative trim and elegant boarder ribbon. Detailed with gears, pheasant feathers and rustic star. Embellished with a muted grey 2ft handmade rag bow with bling brooch dangled with a large pocket watch trimmed in check ribbon, glitter stars and gears. Added matching ribbon with tails. 💀🖤⛓🎩⚙️
